By accessing or using our website at beleaev.store (the "Site"), or by engaging Cited. Ltd ("Cited.", "we", "us") for services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or engage our services.
The Site provides information about our services, case studies, pricing, and a set of free tools including the Free AI Audit. The Site is free to use. Content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
The AI Audit tool performs an automated scan of a URL you submit. It generates a score and recommendations intended as a starting point, not a substitute for a full expert Snapshot. We reserve the right to rate-limit or refuse requests that appear abusive or automated at scale.
You warrant that the URL you submit is one you own, operate, or have permission to audit. You may not use the Audit tool to analyse URLs you do not have rights to.
Engagements for paid services (Bronze, Silver, Gold) are governed by a separate written Services Agreement signed by both parties. The Site and these Terms do not constitute that agreement.
All content on the Site, including text, design, logos, data visualisations, and research reports, is owned by Cited. or licensed to us. You may quote short passages (up to 100 words) with clear attribution and a link back to the Site. Redistribution in full is not permitted without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cited.'s liability for any loss arising from use of the Site or free tools is limited to £100. Services engagements under a separate Services Agreement are governed by the liability terms in that agreement.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
